let it go
January 23, 2009
"Favorite analogy: if you remember all the negative things you don’t like about someone, it’s like carrying a heavy sack (literally, a burden) whenever you see them. And every time you think negatively towards them, it’s like adding something to that sack. The burden grows, but you’re the one holding it – let it go! Don’t focus on the negative, focus on the positive. It sounds cliché, and it is, but once you truly realize it for yourself, that’s when clichés take on true meaning. It’s why they’ve lasted this long to begin with."
Hello!
You made it to my website! That's good news. The bad news is that there's not much here. I'm giving my online presence an overhaul and it's taking longer than I thought. When I'm done, there will be videos, audio clips, pictures, articles, embarrassing things, online discoveries, insights and pontifications, a blog and more information than one person would care about, but hopefully will be enjoyed by the collective of human browsers.
Coming this fall: Me.
